What I Offer
If you are a realtor looking for a better way to showcase your client's property, you may be interested in the virtual tours and services I offer. Once your virtual tour has been uploaded, you will receive an email providing links for you to list the tour on MLS, download the images, print a flyer plus other features. My goal is to make it easy for you to "Get Out The Word" about your new listing to customers and other real estate agents.

Virtual Tours
My virtual tours include 35 to 50 images in an entertaining visual presentation. A tour will begin at the front of the property and give the viewer a complete walk through of the home and its surrondings. I strive to make the viewer feel that they are present in the room. The tour continues throughout the home, ending with the lanai, pool and view. Once the presentation is finished, the buyer has full knowledge and understanding of the home and what it offers.

Drone Videos
Sometimes the images of the interior and the front and rear of the home may not be enough to completely showcase the home. If the home is on the water or is located on a large piece of property, aerial photography may be required. My drone video and photography services can meet that requirement. I am a FAA-certified commercial drone pilot. As a former commercial and instrument rated pilot, my previous aviation background assisted me with the knowledge and experience required for flying a drone. Click below to see some of my videos!

Photo Album
When you view my photo album, you will see a variety of images that capture the mood required to show the viewer everything about the subject. In addition to interior images that offer many photography challenges, there are drone images that show the complete picture of the subject’s surroundings. This combination, when edited into a short video, provides the viewer with much of the information required in making a decision about the property.
